3. Emotions need to be nurtured with correct and sufficient information:
When we decide to buy or sell a certain stock code, it means that we have formed emotions of love, hate, joy, sadness, satisfaction, disappointment... Those emotions are formed from the information we receive. So if the information is lacking, it will create wrong emotions, leading to wrong decisions.
Maybe the daily market updates make us feel bored, so let's change a little bit so that we are interested every day:

Usually we still drink a cup of coffee, a cup of tea or a smoothie to get our spirits up or maintain excitement while working.
