If you have the opportunity to go to Ha Tinh and want to experience the sunrise at Cua Sot lighthouse, you should go to Thach Hai commune, Thach Ha district the previous afternoon, find a motel about 1km from the lighthouse, ask the locals about the way and how to get there... then leave early the next morning so that when you climb to the top of the mountain with the lighthouse, you can catch the sunrise in time.
